Four Other Brothers, a jazz group featuring four Illinois Trumpet Professors, will perform at Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø’s Dingeldine Music Center on Sunday, April 8 at 3 pm. This concert is part of Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø’s Music Scholarship Concert Series. Admission is $10 for adults and free for students. All proceeds support scholarships for music students at Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø.
Four Other Brothers is a unique group of four skilled jazz trumpet players performing the music of Louis Armstrong, Bix Beiderbecke, Miles Davis, Freddie Hubbard, Duke Ellington, and much more. Their show is an exciting mix of entertaining standards as well as historical period pieces featuring the styles of jazz icons of the past. The Four Other Brothers are:
