Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Speech Team Presents Night Before Nationals
The Peoria community is invited to attend the Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Speech Team’s “Night Before Nationals” performances on March 30th and 31st in the Neumiller Lecture Hall in Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Hall.

The Peoria community is invited to attend the Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Speech Team’s “Night Before Nationals” performances on March 30th and 31st in the Neumiller Lecture Hall in Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Hall.
Last year’s team placed 2nd at the Forensic Association’s National Championship Tournament. Most recently, this year’s team captured its 18th consecutive State Championship at Illinois Central College.
To date, the Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Speech Team is the most successful collegiate forensics program in the country and the most successful collegiate team in any capacity, including sports, according to the Associated Press.
The shows, roughly an hour long each, will showcase the team’s work before they head off to the national tournaments. Admission is $5 per show and all proceeds go toward the team’s travel expenses.
Friday, March 30 at 7 p.m. (PG) and 9 p.m. (R for Language)
