Biography
Jennifer Gruening Burge, Ed.D. is the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness. Dr. Burge began her career at Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø in 2008 and manages the Office of Institutional Effectiveness. The office is responsible for disseminating university-wide data and reporting Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø data to external entities. The office also manages the University’s Higher Learning Commission accreditation, coordinates University-wide assessment activities, and supports Academic Program Review and Strategic Planning data needs.
Dr. Burge holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Augustana College, a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School, and the Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø.
