Biography

I have worked in higher education for many years and I love it. Everyday is something new – new people and new experiences abound. I love working with students and their families to guide and support them as well as help students meet their educational and career goals. I was a first generation college student and I know how important being and feeling supported means, especially as a college student. You will get this from Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø and that isÌýjustÌýone of the reasonsÌýwhy I love working here. Resources and opportunities abound here at BU and your experiences will be life changing.

I love the outdoors, playing cards, bowling, and fishing. I love pizza and ice cream, let’s be honest… I love food and trying new things. I was born and raised in the Peoria area and some of my fondest memories revolve around the fun festivals I was able to attend. Most are quaint and have a theme which is fun. My favorite is the Morton Pumpkin Festival in the fall, but there are so many to choose from all year round.
