I. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to document the permitted storage locations for data and information related to the business of Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø.
II. Description
Data related to the business of Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø MUST be stored on Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø-owned devices, Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø-authorized cloud storage, or Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø employee-owned devices when used for Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø-related work (e.g. mobile phones). Data centers and cloud storage storing Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø data MUST be physically located in the United States.
III. Scope
This policy pertains to all devices, physical storage, and cloud storage containing Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø data.
